Real Techniques Travel Essentials - REVIEW

Hello girls, today I will be reviewing the Travel Essentials set from the Real Techniques brushes. This set consists of three brushes and like all of the other sets this comes with a panoramic case. It's not the best quality but it does the job. I got this set from iHerb.com and they offer cheap shipping to Australia and other countries, use this coupon code to get $10 off order $40 or more, or $5 off for orders less than $40.
iHerb.com Price: $17.99
Priceline's Price: $39.99
Made in: China

The first point you can see is the price difference in Australia it is so much more expensive than the RRP in the US. This set has three travel essential brushes which are all made from 'ultra plush' taklon bristles. They are all super soft and very gentle on the face. They do not feel scratchy on my face at all. Plus I love how fast they dry when I wash them. I have had from for about two months and have washed them about six times and I have not had any problems with shedding or bleeding.

Essential Foundation Brush: build flawless custom coverage with liquid foundation or concealer.
This is way too small to be a foundation brush, I have used it once or twice for applying concealer. I do like how it is not too stiff, when I do apply my concealer under the eyes it does not tug at that area.

Multi-Task Brush: for effortless application of powder, blush and bronzer.
A tapered brush that I love for applying blush. This is hands down my favorite brush from this set. I think it's a bit too small for powder application.

Domed Shadow Brush: tapered design smoothly shades and defines eyes
This is meant to be an eyeshadow brush, I did use it once or twice for that but I found that it was better suited as a concealer brush.

I really love these brushes, they are great quality and the very affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for to buy brushes.

I brought this set from i-herb.com, because their prices are much more affordable than here in Australia. Also they offer affordable international shipping, I have a coupon code (HCD934) if you spend more than $40 you get $10 off, if you spend less than $40 you get $5.

Love,
Sakura
