Shiseido Bio-Performance Super Eye Contour Cream Review

Hi, I have a week off uni and while I cannot say that I have no essays due, but I'm not as busy so I thought I would do a review today for you. As the title suggests I will be reviewing the Bio-Performance Super Eye Contour Cream, such a long name.

Amount: 15mL
Made in: Japan
Price: $33.20 (Sale)
Purchase: Shiseido counters, Sasa.com, ebay etc.
Product Info: Super Eye Contour Cream has been developed with
Wrinkle-Targeting Complex, to address wrinkles and fine lines
even before they form. This complex combines the unparalleled re-texturizing
capabilities of a vitamin derivative with botanical Gambir Extract to restore and
preserve skin smoothness.
Product Instruction: Apply as the last step of your skincare routine,
press pump once to dispense cream into fingertip.
Gently massage cream into eye area with pads of index, middle and ring
fingers, beginning at the inner corner of the upper lid and circling the eye.

I must point out that I'm starting to notice a few fine lines under my eyes
and I have always heard/read that its never too early to start using an eye cream.
Its a very thick cream and less than one pump is enough for both of my eyes,
if you follow the instructions and massage the cream will into the eye area it will absorb
perfectly without leaving and residue or a sticking feeling.

With that been said I only use this at night because I found that when I
used this during the day, My concealer/BB cream just slip and slid
around the eye area.

Let's move onto the packing, its housed into a very luxurious pump bottle,
the most hygienic design for skincare. Shiseido have also added a
flap to keep the product safe if you are traveling. The bottle is made of plastic, while is
keeps the bottle feeling light. I do prefer companies that are quite expensive to come with
glass packing, oh well.
I have been using this for the past three weeks and I have seen an
improvement, a few lines did go away so I'm hoping that with continued use it
will just keep on getting better.
I bought this from sasa.com, while they were having a sale and it was just $33, considering
that if you buy this at a Shieido counter in Australia it will cost you $115.
It take no math to see the price difference. Sasa have this for $47 now, just keep as eye
on them because they are always having sales.
Repurchase: Yes, when they have a sale ;)

Isa Knox MX-II Platinum Recovery Emulsion Review

Hi

I'm back with another review YAY!. As the title suggest I will be reviewing the emulsion from the Isa Knox MX-II Platinum line. I have previously reviewed the lotion and gave detailed information on the ingredients in the line, so if you want you can check it out.

  Amount:100mL
Made in: Korea
Purchase:G-market
Product Info:A high concentration of beneficial ingredients to supply abundant
nutrition to the skin.
Product Instruction:After applying lotion and serum, take 2-3 pumps and
spread evenly along the skin and patting gently to
help with absorption.
Firstly I have to say that this emulsion was very thick, but we will get to that later. I was this product as part of my morning and night skincare routine. Its quite rear for me to do this but since I was this during  winter, when my skin was so dry it really helped keep my skin feeling very moist and super plump.

I was so confused with the instruction, it says 2-3 pumps but the product does not come with a pump, which for me its a big NO NO. Specially since the product is so thick in texture, its more like a cream. For me to get the product out I had to remove the stopper that comes with the bottle and bang the GLASS bottle onto the palm of my hand for me to get it out.

I think its a great product for those who suffer from dry skin, even through the product was very thick it absorbed really fast into my skin without leaving and stick residue. I just have one thing to say about the bottle and just wished that they would have added a pump not only would it have been more hygienic but it would have my my life so much easier.

Would I repurchase? No, because I brought this as part of a set and I still have a lotion, emulsion and serum to use up.

Love
Sakura.

Isa Knox: MX-II Platinum Recovery Skin Review

Hi

During winter, my skin gets really dry due to the cold weather and heating at home. I'm
pretty sure that happens to everyone. I decided to open up the
Isa Knox: MX-II Platinum line that I brought from G-market.The gold line is targeted
towards older women. A little bit of information from the leaflet that was
included in the box (don't you just love brands that include English in the leaflets).

Isa Knox- "Women's skin maintains the Golden age in all functions up to the early 20s. Today I will be reviewing the Recover Skin, which is basically a toner.

Product Info
It is a high function essential skin softener to take health of damaged skin due to aging
and to help recover weary skin and add anti-aging function, through
Omega 6 and EGF.

Instruction
After washing face, take a 500 won coin amount and spread softly along
with skin texture direction and press the skin to help with absorption.

It comes in a 100mL glass bottle, and it pretty heavy. Packing wise it is
elegant and very grown up looking. I really like it because it feels so  much more
expensive than it really is. But at first it was really hard to get the
product out.

The product is much more thicker than a normal toner, it feels almost
like an emulsion. However, while is looks and feels thick
it actually absorbs into the skin very quickly and you also
notice that the skin is insistently moisturized.

I pour a 50 cent amount of the product and use it with my
Hitachi Hada Crie (review coming soon).
I have been using this during winter and it helped to keep my skin from look
dry and dead. While I have noticed the moisturzing effect of the product but
i have not noticed any anti-aging properties and that because I still
don't have any concerns with anti-aging.

Overall it was a great toner to use and I would reccommand for people with
dry skin. I will be reviewing the emulsion soon.

Love,
Sakura
