I had written this post at the beginning of the month but since I was so busy I did not have time to take the photos. So finally today I did manage to quickly snap up these photos. Let's dig in shall we.
brought this during my first haul from Bath and Body Works, I think it
was on sale for $10 or less. I love the way it burns so evenly and you
get this layer of essential oils. The fragrance notes are grapefruit,
sandalwood, coconut milk and jasmine, I did not pick up any of these
notes. But it was very light and fresh.
Repurchase? Yes, but not this scent again.
3 Concept Eye Brush Cleanser - 150ml
My first blush cleanser, I
just use baby shampoo to clean my brushes. This had a really bad scent
and it made my brushes smell awful. While it did clean them mush quicker
I did not enjoy using it.
Naruko Marjoram and Lavender Bath and Massage Oil - 30ml
was a gift from Naruko and the box came with two bottle and a dropper
which was broken. I used this as a massage oil when my body felt tired.
The scent is so relaxing and it would help me to fall to sleep.
Repurchase? Sadly, this is not listed on the website. But I still have another bottle to use up.
Dove Damage Therapy Intensive Repair Conditioner - 350ml
this from SaSa and then I saw it at my local supermarket but in a tub
container. First up, I find the packaging a tab bit excessive, I mean
it's only 350ml but the bottle is huge. Anyway, I love the scent it
smells just like the original Dove body lotion that I used to use a long
time ago. It make my hair very soft and just smells so good for a few
hours after I have used it.
When I purchased
the RG II Premium EX they were having a gift with purchase and this was
one of them and it's full sized. The first thing you notice when you
open the lid is the strong floral scent and it does linger on for quite a
while. The texture is a mix between a gel and a cream, it feels just
like a gel but looks and moisturizes like a cream would. It made my face
look dewy and healthy and I did enjoy using this up.
Repurchase? No, mostly because I like to try other products.
Methode Swiss Whitening UV Cream - 30ml
A fine cream to use,
did not break me out. But I did not like how it had SPF in it and the
fact that it's a whitening cream for day time. I'm glad I brought it
while it was on sale for a very good price. I did not see any whitening
results but it was moisturizing at was all.
Beyond Phyto White Ultimate Cream - 55ml
This won the 2011 the
Korean Allure Award for the whitening category. I was sucked in and
brought from G-market, if you are expecting a whitening cream then this
is not for you. I did help brighten my face but once I stopped using it
nothing happened. So it does does not have the long
it claims. The cream was light but very moisturizing even through I
have dry skin and I used this during winter, it was still ok.
affordable toner/lotion that you can also use as a DIY mask. It has a
slight sticky texture but absorbed perfectly into the skin. I like how
it is a fuss free product that does not claim to 'fix' all your skin
Repurchase? No, while I did enjoy using it I have other toners I want to use.
Secret Key Starting Treatment Essence - 150ml
to be 'just' like the famous SK II facial essence, it even looks like
it. But it's much cheaper and I was actually amazed that I liked it. It
intensely moisturizes the skin and a little goes a long way. If you are
looking to buy it, wait for sale it will be a good deal.
Repurchase? Yes, just not right now.
Danahan RG II Premium EX Hydro Essence - 45ml
was also part of the gift with purchase, it's also full sized. Both the
cream and essence have the same strong scent. But I did not enjoy this
as much. The product feels very silicon-y and it almost felt like I was
apply a primer. I also noticed that I got more white heads and needed to
exfoliate more when I used this product.
The Saem Gem Miracle Diamond Cutting V Serum - 40ml
A serum that claims to give you a V shaped face by lifting the skin. This did nothing for me at nothing.
loved how it provided the perfect base for BB cream or foundation. It
did not leave a white cast and it very moisturizing for a suncream.
Repurchase? No, mostly due to that fact that it costs more than $20 to get online.
It's Skin Prestige D'escargot Eye Serum - 15ml
with the serum from the same line. While the name states serum this is
actually a cream. They claim that it helps smooth out lines and wrinkles
around the eye area. While I don't have any wrinkles I do have a few
fine lines and I sad to say that this did nothing and I fine with that
because I did not expect it do anything beside moisture.
Suisse Programme Cellular Eye Zone Firming Essence - 3ml SAMPLE
lasted me for almost 2 weeks and I happy with the results. It did start
to reduce the appearance of fine line that were around my eyes. I would
repurchase but it's just so expensive.
Suisse programme Cellular Vital Eye Cream - 3ml SAMPLE
did not see any signficant results with this eye cream. Plus it's super
expensive so I won't even consider buying it, will maybe is it was on
